Basic process:

1. Get your license renewed.

2. Make sure it is posted on the VA state site.

3. Fill out the form below and hit send.

4. FCFT queries your license and membership in minutes, and orders you a check. 

5. In about two weeks, the reimbursement check will be mailed to your home.
