FeU Committees

Per our collective bargaining agreements, we created three distinct Labor Management Committees to oversee and advise on FCPS policy going forward. The committees are:

Labor Management Committee

Overseeing and discuss matters of mutual interest to FCPS and the Operational and Licensed Instructional Bargaining Units.

Here are the FCFT representatives:

Licensed Instructional: Durann Thompson (3rd Grade Teacher, Woodley Hills ES), John Baranowski (Social Studies Teacher, Westfield HS)
Operational: Regis Brett (Bus Driver), Brenda Silvia-Torma (Kindergarten IA, Providence ES)

Health & Safety Committee

Overseeing FCPS policy on issues related to workplace safety and ensuring health of the Operational and Licensed Instructional Bargaining Units.

Licensed Instructional:

Marquis Smalls (Social Studies Teacher, Glasgow MS), Lisa Demmel (PE Teacher, Hybla Valley ES)
Operational: Courtney Dinkins (Special Education IA, Forest Edge ES), Eun "Tina" Jung (Bus Attendant, Special Education)

Advisory

Committee

Overseeing and advising FCPS on healthcare insurance plans.

Licensed Instructional: Greg Darrall (Special Education Librarian, Cedar Lane School), Phillip Prevost (Math Teacher/Department Chair, Kilmer MS)
Operational: Andrea O'Shea (Kitchen Manager, Edison HS), *still seeking second operational representative*
