Fairfax County Federation of Teachers is a member-driven organizing union representing all non-managerial employees of Fairfax County Public Schools. We are the teachers, counselors, librarians, instructional assistants, clerical employees, bus drivers, custodians, food service workers, maintenance and trades staff, and other staff who work hard to make our schools succeed.
