Member Referral Program

Member recruitment is essential in helping the Fairfax County Federation of Teachers live out its Mission. To assist in fulfilling our Mission, FCFT provides referral bonuses to qualified members who successfully refer applicants for membership in eligible positions. We welcome and encourage our members to refer their colleagues for union membership. If the referred individual submits an application and lists you as a referral you will receive a referral bonus.
